The World Peace & Economic Development Organization (WPEDO) was honoured to hold Special Consultative Status with the Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) of the United Nations, and is duly registered with the Social Service Department and the NGO Affairs Bureau of Bangladesh under the Prime Minister’s Office.
Since 1981, WPEDO has been tirelessly advancing the cause of peace, justice, and sustainable development across the world — promoting pacifism and non-violence in conflict-prone regions while empowering communities toward prosperity and harmony.
