Disciplinary Authority

In accordance with the Constitution of the Organization

  • The President, in consultation with a minimum of two Directors of the Board, holds the authority to suspend or terminate the membership, employment, or affiliation of any individual associated with WPEDO at any time.
  • Such decisions may be executed without prior notice, if deemed necessary to protect the reputation, values, or operational integrity of the Organization.
